📍Kaku(土瓜灣)@kaku_hk超高Cp值既fusion菜😍 餐廳用前米之蓮法國廚師團隊主理,所有菜式都係獨特,味道相當岀色~店內設有吧枱,係其中一個打卡位~燈光好柔和,仲會播慢既英文歌,令整個氣氛都好舒服😌🔸大阪燒意大利飯Max左日式加意大利既fusion 菜,好有特色,一啖大版燒一啖意大利飯,口感好柔軟,仲有木魚碎係度跳舞💃睇得又食得。感覺出來料理很細膩很注重細節~🔸照燒白鱈魚魚肉厚身煎得嫩滑,魚皮燒到好似薯片咁脆卜卜💕再另外用秘製了燒汁配鱈魚,食落有少許辣椒味,擺盤別緻,似日法Fusion Fine ding 既 main course!🔸香茅柑橘檸檬油甘魚刺身第一樣黎既係呢個前菜油甘魚刺身,真係好鍾意呢個啊,油甘魚加檸檬汁好清新,成個感覺好Flash,油甘魚嘅油脂味好重,feel到超級高質新鮮。兩杯飲品都冇另外加糖,純正天然糖,甜度剛好~🔸玫瑰氣泡蝶豆花茶(本人比較鍾意,蝶豆花比較清新,飲落好舒服)🔸梨青檸氣泡玉桂茶(清甜嘅雪梨味道,令整杯玉桂茶增添層次感)

🔸大阪燒意大利飯
