在openrice見到這間有很多like,裝修也很好,便訂了枱食晚飯試一下。晚餐有熱辣辣的小餐包,唔係揸流灘既蕃茄湯,好有特色既前菜,好好食既主菜,和唔會太甜既甜品。兩個前菜分別係海膽小飯糰,同蟹肉波波球,裝住蟹肉既波波球係脆既。主菜叫左白鱈魚同和牛扒,白鱈魚好滑,味道剛剛好。和牛好有肉汁,脂肪量剛剛好,配埋個牛肉汁更好食。廚師有料到,食材配撘好到位。甜品都好讚,唔係平時啲普通跟餐甜品咁簡單。最多,店內的服務非常好!可以再嚟。

第二個主菜,海膽三文魚子扁意粉,上菜嘅時候第一眼就畀佢嘅三文魚子份量同色澤留咗個好印象。當我以為佢個海膽係融落個醬汁嘅時候,原來喺另一邊個意粉遮住咗一塊好大嘅海膽。所以喺佢用料上絕不吝嗇既程度,佢係絕對對得住呢個價錢。雖然佢個意粉名叫做海膽三文魚子意粉,但係喺佢執醬入面原來係有加到煙三文魚,所以食得出個有陣煙三文魚既鹹香,為呢個意粉帶多咗一個層次咁。至於醬汁嘅texture我自己個人覺得略嚴厚身得滯,如果個醬汁做得稀少少,body輕少少咁就excellent。

另外,butterfly pea flower tea 都推荐。

總結,Kaku係值得一試,喺附近出沒嘅朋友值得嚟試一次。

牛扒的size比我的手板還要長,亦差唔多有成寸半厚,牛香撲鼻,外面煎至微焦的效果,輕輕切開裏面還是粉紅嫩嫩的,入口非常軟腍,牛肉汁非常豐溢,再淋以牛肉熬成的燒肉汁,更加惹味;旁邊的雜菜,先以橄欖油炒香,再加上簡單的調味烤焗,既香口又新鮮,更可平衡牛扒的油脂感
