To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

舊朋友聚會, 揀左去九龍城食泰國菜。每次我地都會揀唔同既泰國菜餐廳試試, 聽聞泰皇閣泰國菜館搬左新地址, 之前又未食過, 一於做白老鼠今晚食返餐試試先!呢間泰國菜餐廳從外而內既裝修都睇得出經過悉心設計, 有別於其他既簡樸泰菜餐廳。平日晚7點左右入座, 想不到餐廳已坐滿8成食客, 心中已安定一下, 人流旺應該至少不會中伏。餐牌上價錢其實跟九龍城區既泰國菜餐廳都是差不多, 款式可算是應有盡用, 而且全日無加一服務費, 價錢公道合理。【炸蝦餅拼春卷】HK$73炸物表面乾身不油膩, 蝦餅炸至金黃, 略帶鮮甜彈牙; 至於春卷, 入面既料塞到滿滿, 肉被香料醃過, 味道獨特。【沙爹串 (半打)】HK$80沙爹串可自選三款配搭, 分別有豬、雞、墨魚丸、雞腎, 我地就揀左頭三種。串燒很有驚喜, 表面帶微微焦香, 但肉質keep juicy而不鞋口, 點上甜甜沙爹醬, 非常惹味! 不過墨魚丸較為遜色, 不算彈牙, 但總算帶甜甜的【馬拉盞炒通菜】HK$62個人超喜歡呢度既炒通菜, 炒得很有穫氣, 馬拉盞味道唔會過鹹, 夾集左唔少配料炒, 例如薑絲, 同時入口, 令味道更加提昇! 少少辣, 更加惹味。【焗椰

【焗椰青海鮮炒飯】HK$88
海鮮包括有一隻青口、數隻爽口既魷魚, 雖然海鮮不多, 但重點在於店方將椰青肉全刮出來切絲, 而且椰肉帶點點爽口, 不會過林/過硬, 配合椰漿, 整個飯濕潤, 充滿椰香, 完全能夠食出椰青既精華。
