To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 想試温野菜一段時間,但打電話又book 唔到位。今日咁啱喺樓上剪髮...機會來了!於是剪髮前6:00 PM 我地攞定張飛諗住搏下walk-in 。剪完髮7:20PM, 好彩只過咗三張飛,要我地等返兩張枱就可以了。咁啱有張枱cancel, 8:00PM 終於輪到我地了(否則不能想像等到幾時呀...!!!)餐牌內容超豐富,花多眼亂,用咗好一段時間消化!好在職員細心講解同埋介紹食材同湯底。我地唔想煩於是每人都點了個set! 值得一讚係呢個小碗有個隔湯的設計,可幫食物隔走過多的湯汁。枱上亦有touch screen 方便請waiter 加湯加茶等。不過基本上無乜作用,我地兩個人雖然坐四人卡位但因太多食物,呢個screen 大部份時間都比啲碟蓋住咗難以用到。直接叫waiter 好過。有好多不同的火鍋set。基本上每set 都包小食,牛,自選蔬菜同火鍋配料,飲品。由每位$200+ 起跳(那些是沒有和牛的)。我地最後選擇點了這$528 一人前set (牛肉包括佐賀A5 黑毛和牛同熊本豚肉)有超級多的自選火鍋湯底,而且是一人一鍋的。好處是女士可以選美顏柚子collagen湯底,男士又唔使刻意遷就,可自

有超級多的自選火鍋湯底,而且是一人一鍋的。好處是女士可以選美顏柚子collagen湯底
,男士又唔使刻意遷就,可自由選擇例如重口味的sukiyaki 湯底
,各取所需!

柚子collagen 湯底剛放下時是啫哩狀的,但煮熱後會變湯水狀。邊食又邊美顏,真好!而且湯底能帶出蔬菜和牛肉本身的鮮味,加上淡淡的柚子味,十分特別!

自選火鍋配料:豆腐魚餅,魚蛋魚餅,免治雞肉,芝士丸,年糕。
當中以豆腐魚餅最美味!
魚餅香又出到豆腐香味,必推。
芝士丸太膩!食完一粒之後有啲驚咗(連男士都係,放棄了食第二粒)。年糕
時間淥得耐咗少少,拯救失敗,變了一pat pat 與湯溶為一體,bye!

此set 亦包松葉蟹,可惜味道十分淡,吃不到應有的鮮甜味道,是最弱的一道菜。

後記:整體上還是不錯!比個good! 又可做善事(餐廳不會扣除成本,呢段時間收入全數捐比熊本)不過下次可能會試下另一啲有美國牛set 再另加和牛,可試多啲唔同口感嘅牛!
如想飲清酒的會失望,因暫時未有酒牌。

最後,好想特別讚下呢度啲waiter/waitress,服務有日本的餐廳質素!尤其係坐喺我地附近的小男人經常攪爛gag 般投訴又要求多多,佢地都好有耐性又笑面迎人咁解答,真是令佩服
