To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

甜點太甜，鹹點無味，都算係我食過咁多個tea set入面排得較後嘅一個。無論酒店menu定實際賣相其實呢set幽香抹茶下午茶都唔差，都的確係有幽香。個樣睇落幾好食，實際放入口嘅就一係甜到似砂糖，一係就鹹點一舊粉。個鬆餅係稍有抹茶味嘅一舊粉餅，算係叫入得口，抹茶布甸算唔錯，係千層酥叫稍為好食，其他點心同酒店等級仲差一啲距離。野飲其實都唔係咩特飲，都係mocha同latte，但都係好淡。食完成set，都已經甜到膩唔想再食晚飯。除咗環境，單睇食物嘅話就可一不可再。唯一開心少少係跟set有護膚品送，不過呢樣係其次，食物行先嘅我都係失望而回。
