日式居酒屋文化傳到香港很久了,港人習以為常地享受這種輕鬆休閒的用餐方式,而我今晚探訪尖沙咀一家居酒屋,內進巳看見一張吧枱,亦用了日式木系餐桌,感覺清雅,店內不停播放著日本電視台的節目,富有日本氛圍。坐下店員先端上三款漬物前菜~蘿蔔、青瓜、沙葛,夠爽脆的漬物帶些微甜。玉子燒~鬆軟綿滑,清香可口。燒牛橫隔肉封門柳~肉質嫩滑,有嚼勁。鹽燒大白鱔~油脂豐富,肥美嫩滑,外脆內爽,卻絲毫不油膩。鹽燒原條鯖魚~肥美又厚肉,燒熟的鲭魚仍然保留其魚汁,口感逢鬆軟嫩。高野豆腐雜菜煲~這道菜端出來時熱氣騰騰,雜菜爽滑,豆腐清甜,有彈性;這道菜清新爽口,確實能消除肥膩。
