Restaurant: Chill Out Chaozhou Cuisine (The Grid)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 喺呢邊返工,都唔知道有依間餐廳,係朋友介紹先識。我同朋友兩個人叫咗三樣餸,估唔到樣樣都咁出色,連個菜都巴閉過人。先講第一樣餸滷水鵝四拼盤,有鵝肉、紅腸、五花腩肉同鵝腎,滷水勁入味,平時嗌呢啲拼盤,鵝肉比好少,睇相都知鵝肉勁多。滷水味唔會太鹹,但係入口就有濃郁嘅滷水香。第二碟餸係荔芋香酥鴨,入口鬆化脆口,大部份都係芋頭蓉再加上薄薄鴨肉,鴨肉嘅香加上綿滑芋蓉,配埋醬汁,完全冇油膩嘅感覺。至於方魚炒芥蘭,擺盤好靚,每一條菜都切得整整齊齊,只係剩返柔嫩嘅部份,火喉、賣相同味道都係一流。仲有個水煲,自己可以自助煲水,我第一次見
