To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由於小弟因為飯量比較大成日食放題,每一次食食之前都會上唔同嘅網站睇吓餐廳嘅評價。但有時發覺好似好少人會屎窟痕食最貴嘅放題套餐。所以決定更新吓呢方面嘅資訊,俾大家可以參考吓呢間溫野菜放題其實食咗好多次,今次見佢做期間限定所以決定再嚟食下一嚟到果然有驚喜,今次期間限定嘅熊本和牛肉眼有啲料到,有別於平時食嘅牛肩胛同埋其他次一等嘅部位,肉眼呢啲一線嘅牛肉部位果然係唔同啲入口即溶,但相對地都係比較肥膩,不過我揀得食和牛就係鍾意呢啲感覺。湯底嘅話個人都係推介返壽喜湯攞嚟配和牛真係絕配溫野菜比其他餐廳好嘅地方就係你係咁refill佢啲牛質素都唔會有特別多嘅下降。其他海鮮都幾出色特別係個帶子好大粒解凍都做得幾好。不過生蠔就質素一般入口有苦澀味。小弟第一次寫食評有啲乜嘢不足嘅地方請多見諒

呢間溫野菜放題其實食咗好多次,今次見佢做期間限定所以決定再嚟食下

一嚟到果然有驚喜,今次期間限定嘅熊本和牛肉眼有啲料到,有別於平時食嘅牛肩胛同埋其他次一等嘅部位,肉眼呢啲一線嘅牛肉部位果然係唔同啲入口即溶,但相對地都係比較肥膩,不過我揀得食和牛就係鍾意呢啲感覺。

湯底嘅話個人都係推介返壽喜湯攞嚟配和牛真係絕配
