Restaurant: 醉鮮靚湯特色粉麵
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日行完葵涌廣場， 就去咗就去咗後門出口嘅禮芳街搵食。 呢度有間叫《醉鮮靚湯粉麵》 嘅茶餐廳， 都幾多街坊讚好， 而且我又好鍾意食醉雞， 當然要去試下。叫咗個【香煎鹹魚肉餅拼豬潤醉鮮麵（ 魚湯）】， 呢度嘅醉鮮麵， 老闆娘話係招牌， 識起嚟較米粉粗身， 但較米粉滑溜， 食落都幾爽口， 可惜我鍾意食淋麵， 得唔到我喜愛。 香煎鹹肉餅不過不失， 煎得幾香口， 可惜鹹魚味無乜。 豬膶反而有驚喜， 爽口得嚟又帶點粉， 唔會拿得太過分。 至於魚湯底， 都只不過係普通， 奶白色夠， 但魚味唔算濃郁。 見到枱面有啲蝦乾仔， 就畢咗啲落個麵，食落亦唔見得有太大幫助。至於最期待嘅【醉雞】， 亦只係不過不失， 雞肉唔算太滑， 不過依家又話啲雞有乜野ESBL菌， 都係熟啲穩陣啲， 至於酒味就調教得幾好， 可能個人口味比較鍾意酒味濃， 咸同酒味調配得唔錯。跟餐日加咗個【檸檬薏米蜜】， 檸檬味酸酸甜甜， 飲落有啲似溝咗益力多， 薏米煮得淋， 不過還是覺得「吐司盒」嘅薏米水較為出色。總括而言呢間茶餐廳尚算有個人嘅特色， 難怪得到街坊嘅支持。 不過如果專登去，就冇乜需要啦。
