To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 放假想飲茶,在尖東見到彩福,難得沒有訂座又有位,隨意一試。樓面寬敞光猛,通風好沒有油煙味。食物素質更有驚喜,比幾年前區區試的有明顯進步。先來道小菜,雜菌新鮮清香不油膩,用黑松露醬炒香增添香氣,翠玉瓜保持爽口,清新開胃。鮮蝦菜苗餃,皮薄餡靚,菜無渣蝦結實。得獎點心之一粉果,同樣皮薄,蔬菜料保持清甜爽脆,又不油膩。鮮竹卷沒有散開,蔬菜饀料清甜。牛蒡金錢肚煙韌,加入三色椒和洋蔥,伴以適量麻辣汁,惹味又不油膩。龍皇野菌腸以春卷脆皮包著龍躉肉和野菌,香脆又惹味。今時今日兩口子二百多元可吃到6款質素不錯的點心小菜,環境舒適,值得推薦。
