最近特別想食酸菜魚,記得之前在九龍城等巴士時看到附近有間頗有川菜風味的小店叫有口福,就決定去解決一下我的食辣癮~原來餐廳除了川菜外,還有胡椒豬肚雞煲,不過心繫酸菜魚的我忠心地點了酸菜魚,加幾款小菜。【脆椒雞軟骨$88】不得了~一上菜就有好香的辣味攻入鼻。雞軟骨炸得好香脆,就算食到尾段都沒有變軟,可見師傅的火候控制得好好!加上麻麻辣辣的味道,好惹味!必食之選~【生炒菜心$58】想食點菜平衡一下罪惡感,但想不到餐廳炒菜亦有放豬肉爆炒,令菜心更香更好味。【酸菜魚$188】不知道酸菜魚入面有水晶粉,所以加配了紅薯粉$30😂不過各有各出色,水晶粉好吸味,紅薯粉非常煙韌,跟酸菜魚湯底非常配合,不會太辣,酸酸辣辣好開胃,而主角魚塊果然少骨,而且份量極多,每口都鮮嫩軟滑,好好味。【家鄉炒米粉$68】純粹見好多客人都有點,就忍不住試試。幾有驚喜!炒得非常乾身又有鑊氣,配搭一些蔬菜和午餐肉,有蛋香又惹味!難怪人人都有點!
