To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於鰂魚涌海光街12號地舖的隨心 (With Your Mind)，主打馬來西亞菜。用餐當日為Boxing Day，有不少客人也是來聖誕聚餐，八九個人來到十分熱鬧，也有情侶來這裡約會。小食的價錢頗為便宜又大份，頗有驚喜。總共點了三款食物，兩個頗能吃的女孩子來到也相當夠飽。新加坡炒貴刁 (Char Kway Teow) 來到了，貴刁熱騰騰，香氣撲鼻。這道炒貴刁採用傳統的「摻摻」，河粉和油麵的配搭，能炒貴刁的口感更加獨特。炒貴刁整體充滿鑊氣，能嚐到頗濃的黑醬油味。面頭的蝦仁尺寸巨大，質感爽口彈牙，還有其他配料如臘腸片、魚片等，相當適合兩個人分享。小食拼盤 (Snack Platter) 來到了，當中包括有左上的黃金豆腐、左下的囉喏沙律、右下的雞絲海蜇以及右上的話梅番石榴。個人最愛吃囉喏沙津(Rojak)，菠蘿、青蘋果等水果粒的一款沙津，一口一粒，味道清新。黃金蛋腐也是炸得頗為香脆。順便一提，小食下的沙津菜也可以吃，口感爽脆。參巴雞翼 (Chicken Wings with Sambal Sauce) 來到了，桌面擺放著四隻即叫即炸的雞全翼，參巴醬的味道鹹鹹香香，而且不算辣，雞翼肉質肥美豐厚
