Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近食咗好多中菜,今日轉下口味食居酒屋,聽講呢度除咗好多自家整嘅創意料理之外都有唔同嘅傳統日式串燒,所以嚟依度試吓白生魚刺身:肥美飽滿,完全沒有任何腥味,而且我幾鍾意佢嘅汁,充滿鰹魚味,跟咗好多海帶,增強口感炸芝士海膽卷:外層金黃酥脆的炸麵衣,用紫菜包裹住綿密軟滑的海膽,與內餡的濃郁芝士風味形成強烈對比,口感層次豐富,入口即化串燒系列:1. 豚肉蕃茄卷 - 肉質鮮嫩多汁,帶有些許煙燻香。口感柔軟多汁,入口即溶,清新爽口。 2. 明太子雞肉卷 - 雞肉鮮嫩爽滑,充滿彈性,搭配濃郁鹹香的明太子醬3. 免治雞肉棒 - 肉質細緻綿密,入口即融,鮮嫩多汁。有雞軟骨,增強口感。4. 大蔥雞肉串 - 雞肉塊肥嫩多汁,與蔥香完美融合。咬下去,蔥香四溢,清新爽口,回味悠長。燒羊架:羊肉外層微焦,散發出誘人的烤肉香。咬下去,肉質卻仍然又嫩又juicy,瞬間在口中融化。香蔥吞拿魚腩蓉壽司卷:用了新鮮的吞拿魚腩肉,搭配香氣撲鼻的蔥段。吞拿魚肉鮮嫩,入口即溶。蔥的清香又為整道菜增添了層次感,讓人忍不住一卷接一卷。除咗食物之外,我哋今日仲揀咗一支餐廳自己整嘅Sake就清甜而且好容易配其他食物。
