To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐冇食過潮州菜,今日突然間好想食,上網搵咗一間新開嘅餐。入到去都似一般潮州菜館。第一時間點左個滷水鵝四拼盤。有滷水鵝,腎,紅腸,五花腩同豆腐。滷水味都幾香亦不會過咸,我好怕食到啲好鹹嘅滷水!九肚魚烙蠔仔烙就食得多,用九肚魚代替蠔仔都係第一次。呢個菜非常有驚喜,香脆隻九肚魚,啖啖都冇骨,兼且有啲花生喺入邊,口感一流!呢一味菜,我一定會返嚟再食😋鹹骨春菜蘿蔔煲我朋友選擇左一道好傳統嘅潮州菜,春菜有少少甘甘地,再配埋咸排骨同白蘿蔔,味道十分夾!我連啲湯都飲埋!銀杏芋泥食潮州嘢一定要食埋呢一個甜品,賣相就一般,但係口感同埋味道相當好。平時傳統嘅芋泥一般都太甜,呢間餐廳就甜度好適合而家我哋嘅口味!整體來講呢間餐廳真係幾好,相信好快會再嚟試其他菜式!

九肚魚烙
蠔仔烙就食得多,用九肚魚代替蠔仔都係第一次。呢個菜非常有驚喜,香脆隻九肚魚,啖啖都冇骨,兼且有啲花生喺入邊,口感一流!呢一味菜,我一定會返嚟再食😋
