To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日咁啱經過魚一呢間壽司舖頭,見到好多人排隊就覺得都應該唔錯,所以諗住等一陣都唔緊要。最後等咗35分鐘就可以入座。入座前已經諗好想叫一個丼飯,一啲特別嘅壽司同小食。我點咗一個自選丼飯: 三文魚腩、吞拿魚腩、油甘魚、北寄貝,刺身質量真係唔話得👍🏻,冇諗過會喺舖頭食到咁樣嘅質素,油分充足之餘又新鮮😋 點丼飯送嘅三文魚湯真係值得一讚,真係幾入味而且唔會太油。希靈魚、芝士三文魚壽司都不錯,但軟殼蟹手卷就有啲失望,軟殼蟹份量好少,而且好似攤凍咗咁☹️雞泡魚乾同平時食嘅差唔多,都唔錯嘅。
