Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在油麻地交收完準備回家，走近地鐵站A1出口時忽然想吃粉麵，便進來試試看看餐牌，崩沙腩最出名，點來試一下崩沙牛腩麵$45崩沙腩是牛的橫隔膜位置，兩邊是口感帶點煙韌的筋膜，中間是炆得軟腍且入味的牛腩，一咬下香濃的牛味，相當好吃旁邊幾件白蘿白沒有渣，味道清甜，中和牛肉膩感，貼心的配菜牛三寶米粉$48包含牛腩，牛肚和牛筋三款份量不少，全部炆得入味且嫩口，特別一讚牛筋，軟腍之餘帶點煙韌的骨膠原感覺，正淨水餃$32水餃皮很薄，餡肉足料有大地魚香味，蝦肉彈牙而且無沙（重點！），不會只得死咸，湯底還配了幾片生菜生菜$15(要腩汁）吃太多肉要另加生菜中和一下，份量比想像中多，西生菜吃得出新鮮爽脆豆漿+$7點粉麵後追加飲品+$7，可揀奶茶咖啡之類，價錢公道，我們點了豆漿，原支送上，不會太甜，味道不錯總括來說位置方便，味道有驚喜，下次會再來
