To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同老公來到尖沙咀呢間樓上素食餐廳，講明素食我係無咩期望，點知滿有驚喜！.餐廳裝修走白紫色格調，坐位也幾舒服🥰食物上枱，完全睇唔出係素食！悠蔬食小食拼盤 $158一上來完全睇唔出係素食，絕對係似泰式小食拼盤😂一共有五款，全部炸得幾好，第一次食吉列牛油果🥑，紫菜包住牛油果外脆內軟幾好食，酥脆腐皮卷口感煙煙韌韌，泰式哈餅、如餅味道真係模仿得好似，只係口感唔同左，酥炸蒟蒻也相當不錯，全部點泰式辣醬都好好食呀😋泰式鳳梨炒飯 $108同平時食的好唔同無咁油膩，味道好泰式風味但口感又好濕潤幾得意，食落口有d脆脆口感好特別，jo非常喜歡呢好好食！泰式奶茶千層班戟 $48呢個真心幾好食，唔太甜泰式奶茶味又出，正😋清潤蘋果雪梨汁 $45好健康的鮮榨果汁，好清甜好fresh，喜歡🥰.完全無諗過素菜都可以整到咁好食，唔講我以為自己食緊泰菜😂素食的朋友一定要來試下，相當有質素👍🏻
