To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

和一班好朋友聚餐, 搵左一輪, 我決定揀間港式老飯店去食, 說到尾都係想食返D香港菜式。由於是平日星期四, 呢間和記海鮮飯店唔難book位, 一行七人要大台不成問題。文英街附近有好多食肆, 例如老趙、串燒等等都食過, 唯獨是第一次食呢間和記。平日夜晚, 呢間和記唔算爆場, 但夜晚7點半都有7成入座率, 可見佢都有唔少捧場客。話明係老飯店, 裝潢係比較舊, 但卻有老香港的味道。當然, 佢既衛生程度都係老香港的程度, 特別係個廁所......不敢恭維。無論如何, 菜式選擇多, 你想得到的港式小菜都有, 而且質素絕對在平均水準之上。胡椒咸菜豬肚湯: 份量好足, 特別係咸菜, 勁多! 胡椒味好夠, 豬肚亦唔會好韌。辣酒煮花螺: 辣度十足, 花螺新鮮又大粒, 但份量略遜一籌。燒鵝: 最有驚喜的菜式, 鵝味十足, 皮脆肉嫩, 感覺唔似話燒完放低好耐咁。好味到好快就俾人搶哂黎食。黑椒肥牛粉絲煲: 一班人食飯不敗之菜, 粉絲入哂味, 牛肉量勁多, 又大塊, 呢煲野夠勁多人囉。呢間老飯店有捧場客, 真係唔難理解, 而成餐飯最驚喜係個價錢, 最後一人一舊水已經落到樓。今時今日係香港, 食呢D小菜, 真係好

無論如何, 菜式選擇多, 你想得到的港式小菜都有, 而且質素絕對在平均水準之上。
