去完大澳玩之後,記得東涌開咗間日本過江龍,之前有朋友食過,佢就唔太建議,不過我照抱住試伏嘅心態黎食🤣嚟到出名食海鮮丼嘅餐廳,冇理由唔試吓佢嘅招牌菜,因為我鍾意食海膽,所以揀咗松😋首先會先上刺身,之後就上海鮮丼,每張枱都有說明書,建議大家食用方法,刺身配胡麻醬,感覺都幾新鮮,說明書就建議留返兩件刺身,之後加入高湯一齊食海鮮丼上面的刺身粒,根據說明書,要鋪平於白飯上,再淋上醬油,都幾好食,不過海膽有少少失望,有少少苦苦地😞海鮮丼食淨三份一,可以叫侍應幫忙加鯛魚高湯,原來仲可以加飯🤣不過我就冇需要啦,侍應除咗加湯之外,會加少許香草和柚子皮,增加香味,加完湯之後,可以加入之前的刺身,刺身即刻變咗半生熟,魚湯味道頗濃,感覺幾好,幾滿足呢間過江龍,值得一試😋

首先會先上刺身,之後就上海鮮丼,每張枱都有說明書,建議大家食用方法,刺身配胡麻醬,感覺都幾新鮮,說明書就建議留返兩件刺身,之後加入高湯一齊食


海鮮丼上面的刺身粒,根據說明書,要鋪平於白飯上,再淋上醬油,都幾好食,不過海膽有少少失望,有少少苦苦地😞


海鮮丼食淨三份一,可以叫侍應幫忙加鯛魚高湯,原來仲可以加飯🤣不過我就冇需要啦,侍應除咗加湯之外,會加少許香草和柚子皮,增加香味,加完湯之後,可以加入之前的刺身刺身即刻變咗半生熟,魚湯味道頗濃,感覺幾好,幾滿足


呢間過江龍,值得一試😋
