To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 記得很多年前,元朗的日式料理店都是非常出名的,尤其是大大條的三文魚壽司。今天難得到元朗一趟,就搜尋人氣較好的日式料理店。見到這間魚一好評較多,就即管一試。未到6點下層就坐滿。我們都叫了不少壽司、串燒。吞拿魚腩軍艦 - 紫菜爽口味道濃郁,吞拿魚腩新鮮牛舌 - 厚厚的牛舌,外面配上黑椒豚肉野菜串 - 豚肉燒得夠脆,配上蕃茄仔、蘆筍等,食落不太油膩雞皮、雞腎 - 質感都較硬Sushi - 叫左差不多十款,都是新鮮的,尤其是劍魚腩、池魚,但馬刀貝、三文魚味道都較淡員工服務質素就一般了!尤其食到最後,有三款壽司還沒到,相信是漏單!當然我們找了職員跟進,好在我有把壽司拍照,才有跟進機會。否則,相信我要更花氣力去追討!
