To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 魚媽媽唔似小金魚鐘意出街搵食,好難得佢有日問我"太興d野係咪好好食",見好幾日都無返屋企食飯,今日下午就同魚媽媽試下太興。其實我之前都無食過太興,只係聽過朋友話佢d燒味ok,但價錢就頻貴。不過難得魚媽想食,都試下啦。咁啱富榮花園有間,good~唔洗魚媽媽行去魚街~~去到大約2點左右,人唔多成間舖大約仲有1/3係"吉"枱,任我地揀想坐邊張都得。坐低見佢有d套餐,一場嚟到太興無埋由唔食燒味,最後我地二個人叫咗:燒味雙併飯(乳豬 + 叉燒) :乳豬皮都仲脆,但唔熱之餘仲肥咗少少,再加上連乳豬醬都無,呢點要扣分,至於d叉燒就唔錯,夠鬆軟又唔係全瘦(如果乳豬d肥過落去叉燒度就完美啦),不過顏色方面唔係我平時食開d鮮紅色,而係深紅(黑黑地),再扣少少分。瑞士汁牛柳濕炒河:小金魚一向都鐘意食瑞士汁雞翼,見佢呢個炒可又有瑞士汁又有牛柳啱矖我的心水,碟炒河都好快上枱,一碟好黑"蚊蚊"的炒河。味道方面d瑞士汁甜甜地都幾好,不過d牛柳有好重的黑椒味,至於個河粉有所有炒河的通病===>油,還好佢係濕炒河同佢有落瑞士汁,好似無咁油,但係食到最後都係好油同滯。其餘我地仲叫咗個油菜,分量ok,只係可唔可以比

其餘我地仲叫咗個油菜,分量ok,只係可唔可以比多少少蠔油,14蚊一個菜,唔好咁孤寒啦。仲有佢呢度凍飲要+3,本嚟都ok,但係當我一見到我個杯凍檸水嚟到,只有大約半杯唔到係水,有超過半杯以上係冰,我就覺得佢好"搵笨",雖然佢呢度個杯比出面大少少,但係真係洗唔洗落咁多冰呀。
魚媽媽就叫咗杯紅豆冰(+6),同我個杯檸水一樣咁多杯(魚媽媽撈咗一碗冰出嚟,佢個杯都仲有餘),不過魚媽媽話個紅豆冰好好食,佢真係食到一粒豆都無餘
貴少少都算啦。

整體上我覺得成餐質素都算ok,只係價錢就略貴,二個人已接近110.00,加上係餐飲方面令人有"搵笨"的感覺,如果純粹只係想食燒味飯,魚之家樓下的燒味檔一個飯盒雙併都只係18.00,雖然無乳豬揀(要就另計),但質素絕對不比太興差,再加上個個炒河很奇怪地只係微暖,全無鑊氣的感覺。那有甚麼地方可以吸引我再去太興一次嗎???
