To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

由於今日係星期六, 爸爸尋晚已經千叮萬囑我地要早啲起身去攞位不過我地9點起左身, 都要到10點鬆啲先出門口, 揸車過去都要10點半先到最後排左半個鐘先有位, 不過以星期六尼講都算快了我地要左8樣點心: 芒果布甸 雞球大包乾蒸牛肉山竹牛肉球 煎蔥花蝦米腸鮮什菌腐皮卷潮州蒸粉果煎釀虎皮椒馥苑係我地一家人星期六飲早茶嘅首選, 一來離屋企只不過廿分鐘車程二來食品質素保持得相當好, 每樣點心都令我地再三回味最後不得不提嘅就係尼度嘅員工嘅服務質素, 大部份侍應都好爽手, 上菜收碟同樣有效率環境就不在話下, 裝修完冇幾耐, 夠哂光猛又夠冷氣, 衛生環境亦冇得彈
