To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又介紹多間poke bowl啦，呢間相信大家都唔陌生，因為都幾出名，尖沙咀分店嘅牆上面仲有joeie foodie嘅插畫！呢間嘅Poke bowl款式配搭都有多啲新意，而且好足料，好大碗，不過價錢相對都會貴少少🤏🏻今次同2個朋友，叫咗3碗share食，poke bowl啲配料同醬汁都好開胃，唔覺唔覺就食晒，但食完係超級飽🤰🏻•🥢 ONO $118配料：三文魚、壽司飯、溫室青/瓜、雞蛋絲、蟹棒沙律、果仁芝麻醬、芝麻呢個係最classic嘅選擇，朋友話差唔多次次嚟食都叫呢個😝 全部配料都好清新開胃，呢個配搭都係食Poke bowl最常見嘅一款，不過呢到就多咗一球蟹棒沙津喺面！每碗都插住一塊蓮藕脆片，不過就腍咗🙊 同埋呢個用嘅係果仁芝麻醬，比一般芝麻醬無咁膩😋•🥢 808 $128配料：吞拿魚、壽司飯、沙律菜、和式青蔥、枝仁豆、三文魚籽、雜菌香菇、山葵乳酪醬、芝麻、木魚絲呢款係吞拿魚，配料比較特別，有枝豆同香菇粒，全部都撈勻咗，又多咗好多口感！幾鍾意個山葵乳酪醬，有啲食壽司嘅感覺，面頭仲有好多三文魚籽，加咗啲鹹香味添😍•🥢 NALU $118配料：八爪魚、壽司飯、樱桃番茄、和式青蔥、甜粟米

呢款係吞拿魚，配料比較特別，有枝豆同香菇粒，全部都撈勻咗，又多咗好多口感！幾鍾意個山葵乳酪醬，有啲食壽司嘅感覺，面頭仲有好多三文魚籽，加咗啲鹹香味添😍

推薦呢個比鍾意食辣嘅朋友！因為好少見Poke bowl有辣嘅成份，辣椒碎同辛味蛋黃醬加埋辣味幾出，但又未至於好刺激，有甜粟米、番茄仔同蟹棒沙律中和返啲啲，八爪魚粒粒偏腍同多汁，唔算好彈牙，下次想食辣可能會自選配其他魚生
