Restaurant: 容記小菜王

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 🐙容記第一咀容記第一咀其實即係椒鹽炸墨魚咀,粒粒都好似乒乓波咁大,而且炸漿又薄又脆。咬落去十分之juicy,十分推介!好多餐廳都有椒鹽尤魚鬚,但墨魚嘴就唔多餐廳有啦,所以有機會嚟呢度不如試下吓呢個炸墨魚咀。🍲容記小炒王容記小炒王係呢度嘅招牌菜之一,火喉同埋鑊氣都十足。大大隻蝦乾非常香口配埋韭菜嘅爽脆,係一道非常值得推介畀大家嘅菜式!🥘海皇撈粉絲海皇撈粉絲份量十足,講緊除咗粉絲多、切成絲嘅椰菜多,海鮮配料都非常多,有魷魚、蝦米同蝦等等,每夾一下都有好多海鮮。而且海皇撈粉絲係用煲仔上,十分之惹味同有鑊氣!🐟焗魚腸老老實實,小編其實好鐘意食焗魚腸,因為味道真係好惹味而且好好送飯。但香港地唔係好多餐廳有做焗魚腸,難得見到容記有焗魚腸,咁當然要試下佢啦!焗魚腸嘅雞蛋唔會太老,外邊脆卜卜,入邊就嫩滑,魚腸處理得幾好,整體都整得唔錯。🍮蓮蓉西米焗布甸呢個傳統嘅甜品又係越嚟越少地方有,所以今次見到就即刻順便叫咗嚟試吓。呢度嘅焗布甸唔算好甜,個面少少燶都算有以前食過嘅味道,而家傳統菜式越來越少,真係要好好珍惜😆
