今日有朋友邀請我去灣仔粵珍食晚餐,聽說總廚是名廚,很多名人為他而來。今晚一試,果然非一般粵菜,蒜片牛肉粒,牛肉入口即溶,蒜片非常香脆,簡直係Perfect match. 另外燒乳豬,我本來就覺得應該同其他地方一樣,因為每次我食乳豬都覺得又油又唔夠脆。但今次粵珍令我完全改變了對燒乳豬的口感,脆香而且皮薄,完全冇嗰種食完就覺得好肥膩嘅感覺,食完仲繼續想再食。懷舊芝麻卷(又名菲林)入口有好濃嘅芝麻味又淋滑,值得一試。
