Introduction
灣仔「粵珍」是一間高級中菜食府,由名廚劉國偉師傅主理。劉師傅為人低調,廚藝精湛了得,因他對飲食文化有著濃厚興趣,不斷追求精益求精。十幾歲便到「香滿樓」入廚學藝,後來為了進一步提升自己的技術,去了灣仔「福臨門酒家」。並跟在那裏任職總廚的父親大哥成繼續深造,承傳了粵菜的精髓,通過不斷努力鑽研,將鮑參翅肚等名貴食材烹調得十分出色,更得到城中名人的欣賞並獲邀為家廚。在這段日子,因他對食品有更高要求,不斷鑽研,過程中也獲益良多。後來為了擴闊自己的視野和見識,北上加入深圳知名品牌「丹桂軒」飲食集團任職餐飲總監。回港後,在「何必館」任職。現在,劉國偉師傅帶領著他的團隊,在「粵珍」用心烹調著各款美味佳餚,好讓每位客人都能好好品嚐、細心回味。 continue reading

老是常飲茶,興之所至,又與友人來試一下。前菜乃腰果拼合桃,當甜甜的琥珀合桃遇上鹹香的腰果,天作之合,即時令人食慾大增!各款點心鮮蝦菜苗餃、蒸素粉果、淮山棉花雞、墨魚餅、灌湯餃、椰汁糕皆為水平之上,要數灌湯餃最有印象,大箸大箸的魚翅,滿足感爆分!蝦籽柚皮炆煮得相當入味,連柚皮的紋理亦找不到,入口即化!伴碟的菠菜需另加一百個大洋,稍嫌貴了點。至於菠蘿咕嚕肉的豬肉仍然脆皮,肉質柔軟,酸甜亦掌握得恰好,燈籠椒也是既香且爽!是一場有趣的味覺體驗! continue reading

又到了食蛇宴的季節,即時想起灣仔粵珍,因為上年一試難忘,而且服務態度更是超班,所以今年再同屋企人再次去到粵珍回味一番花膠蛇羹真材實料,口感一個字「絕」,絕級好味羊腩煲皮肉分配剛剛好,啖啖肉!另外我平時唔太食魚,估唔到山瑞咁好食,炒同炆兩種食法,令我有兩種唔同層次的口感,但這些都是時令季節才有,如果想食記得打電話留食材。食完又暖胃又補身因為食得太爽,所以冇影到糯米飯,但糯米飯炒得恰到好處,唔油膩,糯米飯粒粒分明。食完已經非常滿足,但最後都食咗一碗杏仁茶做結尾 continue reading

因為雙方家長第一次見面所以要精心挑選,經朋友介紹下就去試吓.. 首先佢哋服務態度非常好,幫我寫菜單,仲要印出嚟,好有儀式感🎊我未來老爺奶奶都對食魚有極高要求.. 本身冇太大期望(因為其他好多酒樓都失望而回),點知……佢哋讚不絕口,話蒸到剛剛好…雖然食咗成個禮拜,但佢哋仲提緊條魚😆😆😆另外茶燻雞同海參炆鵝掌係必點,超級入味. 但呢個菜要提前order,所以一定要提前打電話最後要再讚係佢哋嘅老火湯絕無味精,仲可以提前同staff講低你嘅口味(偏淡或偏咸),所以絕對唔係酒樓一早煲定一大煲果隻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻呢間真係可以推薦俾對食有要求嘅人 continue reading

今日同老公帶埋媽咪去飲茶,當係提早食母親節飯,知道灣仔附近新開了一間叫粵珍的中菜,仲有點心食,即刻去試下,入到去環境舒服,待應服務都好殷勤,好好笑容,仲有蜜糖合桃,媽咪最鍾意!媽咪最鍾意叉燒,即叫!半肥瘦,口感軟稔,一流!再叫了豉汁鳳爪、蒜蓉鮮魷、山竹牛肉同咸水角,呢D都係媽咪最愛,整體水準都係高嘅另外再點了一個XO醬炒蘿蔔糕,需然叫炒蘿蔔糕,但佢每一面都煎到香脆,呢一份心機,真係值得一讚!最後,我地揀左3個甜品,馬拉糕、即磨合桃露同芝麻卷,真係超級滿足,媽咪讚口不絕!今次真係無揀錯地方! continue reading
