To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 七月都幾多朋友生日,約埋一齊食生日飯。有人提議去跑馬地熟食中心的銖記,話幾出名喎!七點左右到,這日是星期四,都算多人噃。叫咗頭盤,豬手和蝦干青瓜。豬手真係幾正(全日推介)掛住食,記得影相時,只得返一件。人齊點菜,我冇乜意見,朋友發辦嗌馳名原盅雞炖翅,點知話冇盅頭,得返一窩窩。其餘叫咗蝦干小炒王,肉餅,椒鹽鮮魷,蒸埾子....結論〜除咗豬手外,其他真係麻麻 - 雞炖翅唔得,好普通酒樓貨式,好似溝咗水咁。其他餸,味係夠濃,但好似好多味精咁,個個食完都要嗌可樂去解一解。點解咁多OL嚟食嘅〜唔係幾健康噃。

結論〜除咗豬手外,其他真係麻麻 - 雞炖翅唔得,好普通酒樓貨式,好似溝咗水咁。其他餸,味係夠濃,但好似好多味精咁,個個食完都要嗌可樂去解一解
