To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 生日前來用餐，餐廳內用餐客人較多，服務員數量不足，等候時間長，其中我們想要水，等候一段時間後，問服務員能不能拿一瓶水，服務員回答「我在忙，之後才幫你」但直到用餐完畢我們都未有水喝。海鮮方面以這個價錢中規中矩，餐廳主打服務員會處理蒸煮海鮮，可惜由於用餐客人較多，直到服務員未能及時處理已蒸好的海鮮，服務員才叫客人可以自行打開蒸爐並self serve. 當日另一邊客人用餐次序混亂，服務員要大聲與客人多番確認，情況令人尷尬。
