To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上網團購買咗2張coupon去試一試, 因一早訂咗位好快就有位, 食物都好多種類, 但我哋張枱好似"搭"出黎咁, 咩都唔齊每樣都要開口問服務員攞, 我都諗唔番叫咗個服務員幾多次, 基本湯匙, 牙簽, 碗....都無, 呢d唔緊要食飽埋單走時, 我見到前後分別有2張大約8人的大枱都同時埋單, 見到服務員問果2枱客人要唔要糖水, 之後都有拎俾佢哋, 淨不到2分鐘到我叫埋單時問服務員:係咪有糖水送? 佢話"係無糖水送的", 我同朋友講唔知點解人哋啱..先有送上糖水, 我哋問就"無", 當張單送到我哋面前時我朋友再問佢居然答:"啱啱賣晒", 唔想送咪算囉,駛乜講咁多大話呀?當我哋係盲架咩? 唔通團購買coupon用& 唔係熟客就咁嗎? 做生意唔係咁架, 我哋2個人食張單都要 $7xx架.(打邊爐黎講都唔係平囉)
