To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是日晚餐,帶同2位小朋友一齊第一次幫襯,小朋友吃飯期間被尖的異物插到牙肉大哭,才發現食物里有一個疑似菠蘿外皮上的硬刺(非常硬)。之後詢問服務員是何物,為何食物中有此物,非常危險。服務員詢問我們是哪個食物里面發現。當時,小朋友只吃過一個炒麵和木須肉,我們稱不知是這兩個菜中的哪一個。服務員當場收走那2盤菜,最後免了一個甜品和茶位錢。期間服務員聲稱經理在了解此物為何物,但一直稱暫時還不了解情況,無法說明是何物。我們臨走時留了聯繫方式,稱希望調查完后可以給我們一個答復。但已過2周,還未有任何答復。整個過程感覺店家無心處理,只想免部分單解決。感受不到歉意,經理也從未出面解釋過任何。非常失望,以後都不會再去。
