To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中環蘭桂坊附近有一間隱世法國餐廳,經中環OL介紹下,今日就慕名而來。第一次嚟,就點幾款有廚師推薦嘅菜式試吓。紅白酒買一送一,半價後只需$39/杯,實在太抵,一定要試。House Red & White Wine 分別係Le Champ du Coq 2015 及 Le Champ des Lys 2017,前者蘊含橡木和果香,甜度較高;後者酒色清亮透明,入口綿甜爽淨,回味悠揚帶甜味,兩款均容易入口,就算不嗜酒者亦可淺嚐。呢個洋蔥湯最特別之處係喺底部加入咗芝士,用匙羹輕刮底部,就可以將芝士混合洋蔥湯一齊放入口,口感極佳。而且有大量洋蔥絲,非常香甜可口。一提起法國菜總會聯想到法國蝸牛,呢個蝸牛加入咗香草蒜香牛油喺入面,非常美味。平時我就唔太喜歡墨魚汁煮嘅意粉,因為怕會整污糟個嘴影響我熟女嘅形象🤣,但係用墨魚汁造成嘅意粉我就好喜歡,因為特別爽口同滑身,所以我就好鍾意呢一個意粉。海鮮方面有青口、帶子、大蝦,再加入車厘茄,配搭得宜。其實我都幾大鄉里,今次係第一次食法式鴨腿,肉質帶點油香,但呢種製作方法嘅肉汁就比中式製法較少,薯仔粒係用鴨油煎香,所以比較爽口,呢個法式製法都幾特別,但我始終懷念中式
