To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日聖誕節兼做節同屋企人試下呢間酒家,今次10個人叫左10個小菜,埋單本身$1800左右既單,因為真係難食到接受不了,取消了兩個小菜都要$1480。未試過食一餐飯會係禁😓仲有個優點既,個場少客唔嘈,傾計舒服,又唔趕人走😂😂😂炸素鵝$48🤮本身係小食,點知係最遲上菜,外表用炸漿炸到脆皮,入面藏菇菌,入口時已經食到怪味,餡料好糊口,因為打好多茨,大家無法再食唯有叫經理試食一塊,點知一入口吐返出嚟,經理立即幫手取消羊腩煲(晚餐特價$48)個煲仔一嚟到,d羊肉同配菜都係冰凍,支竹仲要係無煮過,嚟到比個gas爐先慢慢煮熱。味道都正常,禁既價錢份量可接受囉,真係唔明點解會凍都可以出餐😑香蝦骨 $128👍炸到好香脆,蝦醬夠味,唯一一個小菜係覺得ok欖角骨 $138🆗醬汁太甜太多汁,薯仔做底還可以,香脆一點會更好魚香茄子煲$98🆗味道不錯,茄子好入味但食唔到有咸魚味,份量稍少琵琶鴨$168餐牌上有👍👍所以點嚟試下,點知d肉質好乾又凍,完全無味,完全無法接受,退掉了瑤柱扒豆苗$128/蒜蓉炒豆苗$108👍最正常最合理價格既小菜,瑤柱好多,豆苗合時,味道不錯,性價比高蒸沙巴龍躉$219蒸得剛剛好要讚👍 ,
