☘我曾經做過酒樓暑期工,明白做飲食業是很辛苦,可以說由朝做到晚,每晚要擺放好茶杯、碗、碟,第二朝開市一路企住做到下午小休,然後晚市又企住做到收工,根本是體能的挑戰,所以我深深對他們有一份尊敬感。☘這夜我便和太太到觀塘鱷魚恤中心的玉桃軒食晚飯,酒樓無柱的大廳及水晶吊燈,從門面以至內部裝潢都甚有氣派,很迎合酒樓「喜宴專門店」的品牌形象。☘這不是大時大節的日子,飯廳相對冇咁緊張,我和太太叫了四個餸,分別是紅繞乳鴿、帶子賽螃蟹、鹹魚茸煎肉餅及潮式煎蠔烙,食物保持水準。☘當中我欣賞鹹魚茸煎肉餅,其貌不揚卻味道不錯,肉餅含馬蹄及鹹魚茸,各方的比例不錯,鹹度適中,爽啃有勁,比平時蒸的又是另一番滋味,送飯一流。☘另外的潮式煎蠔烙也不錯,沿著香脆邊咬下去見到一粒一粒的蠔,蠔不大卻肉質結實,蠔味與蛋味配合得鮮甜有層次,啱我口味。☘值得一讚是侍應的服務,添水、換骨碟等跟到足,有板有眼,一絲不苟,曾於酒樓做暑期工的我很明白當中的辛酸,所以對這酒樓的侍應能保持良好態度,我絕不會吝嗇並加以讚揚。
