To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 5點問阿姐有晚市未,佢話有攞餐牌比我,過了十分鐘,追幾次先攞來。5點1 3分落單,一個通菜鮮尤,一個京都豬扒晚飯餐,+ $ 43加湯。隔5分鐘湯上先,凍嘅.之後等等等20分鐘,未有野食,追了一次阿姐話睇吓,轉頭去做其他嘢。坐多5分鐘,眼見其他枱遲來都上了菜,炒嘢來嘅,再追,今次搵個哥哥仔,佢話整緊,。再坐多5分鐘,再搵同一哥哥仔再追。佢不耐煩,同第二枱客落單時,講「又唔係我炒,追我做乜?」個時等了45分鐘,決定起身走人。去到埋單,要用正價58元付湯$,算。我同收銀投訴話D嘢食冇嚟。佢同哥哥仔一樣,用惡劣態度又話「又唔係我炒,同我投訴冇用架」我想問下係唔係,作為人客,嘢食45分鐘都唔出係唔係唔可以投訴,唔可以追?要自己去廚房同個廚師投訴?平民餐廳不期望很高服務質素,但係唔好浪費大家時間。以後都唔食太興集團。

平民餐廳不期望很高服務質素,但係唔好浪費大家時間。以後都唔食太興集團。
