To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我想問下係唔係,作為人客,嘢食45分鐘都唔出係唔係唔可以投訴,唔可以追?要自己去廚房同個廚師投訴?
平民餐廳不期望很高服務質素,但係唔好浪費大家時間。以後都唔食太興集團。
今日去西環海濱花園前,醫飽個肚先,太肚餓啦,就順路系個商場搵。本來真系吾會考慮太興,因為而家佢出名燒味吾好食,但行過附近幾間,大部分座位間無隔版,裝修又吾得,系哩度幾好,就坐低啦!
侍應跟手比兩隻杯,講得好清楚電子落單同搵佢落都okay。起身走又會講多謝,吾錯。
哩間其實都好多年,但都保持得幾乾淨光猛,可能系裝修完。
午餐選擇多,有蒸野,炒粉,燒味,臘味等,講抵食
支竹豆腐火腩飯($60)4分
- 睇落系估吾到咁靚仔同幾大份,吾似整定“筆”出來
- 支竹吾會爛曬,有咬口
- 豆腐就覺得硬小小,無乜豆腐味
- 火腩都幾多
- 吾會好似比D”獻”沈住,吾會死鹹。
大澳蝦乾蒸肉餅($60)4分
- 都幾多蝦乾,都幾好味
- 豬肉餅份量系薄小小,肥瘦適中,吾硬吾實,應該系即蒸
白飯都系茶餐廳中上質數。
鹹檸檬水(2分)
- 有差不多半個檸檬
- 一D都吾鹹,或者可以話無乜鹹味,又無乜檸檬味。
今日去太興食 lunch 試咗,奶茶底一貫的茶濃奶滑,杯底有豆腐花,唔甜,好味喎!最喜出望外嘅係竟然加咗有小麥肧芽,口感好好。新花款奶茶好似飲緊手搖飲品咁。單叫要 $33 一杯,但跟餐就只係 + $3 ,好抵!
仲有另外兩款,香芋奶茶和桃膠奶茶。不過桃膠係乜玩法? 桃膠無味架喎,養顏呀?🤣🤣🤣
個「鹹蛋蒸豬肉餅」份量不多,但好好味,尤其係隻鹹蛋好沙,仲有蛋油!

已經嚟幫襯幾次, 次次員工都有親切嘅態度, 起碼叫做正正常常.👌👌
呢間集團嘅食品出品其實係好穩定, 水準以上, 午餐肉燥飯, 喺必吃之選(不好意思已經义爛咗隻蛋先至記得影相😅😅🙄)👍👍👍
鍾意佢哋嘅咖啡, 奶啡適中👍😋
希望所有分店都保持到服務水平.
這段時間,人流不算太多,可不用等位便可入座,一坐下便點食物了,肚子都餓壞了,哈哈
先來的是粉葛鯪魚燉湯,濃味的,價錢亦不貴,晚餐加配28元便有,比街外的抵喝了
咕嚕肉味道也不會太濃,店舖都在實施少鹽少油少糖,所以吃得比較舒服
魚香茄子煲,這個拿出來時熱點蠻熱,冷冷的天氣吃著熱辣辣的東西,很滿足的
粉絲雜菜煲,不會是特別好吃,但外出吃飯,還是吃的蔬菜較為有益🤣🤣
