To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期五唔想去多人的地區食,去屋企附近堅尼地城Hea Hea 地食完就算,咁去太興啦⋯⋯去太興食嘢,間間分店都一時時,有時好有時好差,但近依幾年質素係差左,但今次又算ok woo 😂😂😂😂今晚唔駛排長龍⋯⋯但之後7:30都見出面有人排隊…. 叫咗2 個晚餐set , 飲品加錢又個白飯,一個燒味四拼,一個牛尾煲… 今晚又唔差,所有野都正正常常… 燒味正常發揮,個牛尾煲又唔錯,牛尾幾林幾多,牛尾煲個湯可以撈飯幾好食⋯⋯所以今次冇負評啦😂😂2人$261 埋單 continue reading

5點問阿姐有晚市未,佢話有攞餐牌比我,過了十分鐘,追幾次先攞來。5點1 3分落單,一個通菜鮮尤,一個京都豬扒晚飯餐,+ $ 43加湯。隔5分鐘湯上先,凍嘅.之後等等等20分鐘,未有野食,追了一次阿姐話睇吓,轉頭去做其他嘢。坐多5分鐘,眼見其他枱遲來都上了菜,炒嘢來嘅,再追,今次搵個哥哥仔,佢話整緊,。再坐多5分鐘,再搵同一哥哥仔再追。佢不耐煩,同第二枱客落單時,講「又唔係我炒,追我做乜?」個時等了45分鐘,決定起身走人。去到埋單,要用正價58元付湯$,算。我同收銀投訴話D嘢食冇嚟。佢同哥哥仔一樣,用惡劣態度又話「又唔係我炒,同我投訴冇用架」我想問下係唔係,作為人客,嘢食45分鐘都唔出係唔係唔可以投訴,唔可以追?要自己去廚房同個廚師投訴?平民餐廳不期望很高服務質素,但係唔好浪費大家時間。以後都唔食太興集團。 continue reading

其實自己喜歡太興的食物已經不多,乳豬是至愛之一,已經承擔了不斷的加價,為何歺廳的質量不停下降呢☹️失望!雖然服務員態度不錯,但始終食物才是吸引客人再次光臨的主道,希望歺廳會改善🙏🏻 continue reading

中午前入座,點咗個午餐星洲炒米嚟食,嚟到個賣相普普通通(隻碟就幾靚嘅),份量都係偏細碟,如果好食嘅話就無咩所謂啦!點知一放入口,感覺相當奇怪,明明碟星洲炒米出緊煙,但點解食落口係唔熱嘅呢?試吓再食一啖,感覺又濕又凍!後尾發現原來有半碟星洲炒米係熱,另一半就係凍,食咗咁多年星洲炒米,第一次食到咁嘅感覺,開眼界了!講真,收68蚊一個午餐,你俾啲咁嘅質素人哋食,麻煩真係俾啲心機整啦!諗住食個快飯就返工,點知換來一肚氣! continue reading

意外好食的午餐今日去西環海濱花園前,醫飽個肚先,太肚餓啦,就順路系個商場搵。本來真系吾會考慮太興,因為而家佢出名燒味吾好食,但行過附近幾間,大部分座位間無隔版,裝修又吾得,系哩度幾好,就坐低啦!侍應跟手比兩隻杯,講得好清楚電子落單同搵佢落都okay。起身走又會講多謝,吾錯。哩間其實都好多年,但都保持得幾乾淨光猛,可能系裝修完。午餐選擇多,有蒸野,炒粉,燒味,臘味等,講抵食支竹豆腐火腩飯($60)4分- 睇落系估吾到咁靚仔同幾大份,吾似整定“筆”出來- 支竹吾會爛曬,有咬口- 豆腐就覺得硬小小,無乜豆腐味- 火腩都幾多 - 吾會好似比D”獻”沈住,吾會死鹹。大澳蝦乾蒸肉餅($60)4分- 都幾多蝦乾,都幾好味- 豬肉餅份量系薄小小,肥瘦適中,吾硬吾實,應該系即蒸白飯都系茶餐廳中上質數。鹹檸檬水(2分)- 有差不多半個檸檬- 一D都吾鹹,或者可以話無乜鹹味,又無乜檸檬味。 continue reading
