To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

跟朋友傾開牛扒經，無牛不歡既朋友介紹呢一間位於酒店內既餐廳，朋友差不多一個月光顧一次，少食牛既我都想試一下一入內餐廳裝修比較舊但不失高檔，由於燈光十分昏暗，令人昏昏欲睡既感覺先送上焗蒜蓉麵包，香噴噴，熱辣辣， 好好味，由於無限添加，我地食完再點多一份我地二人點了，蟹餅，黑松露薯條，經理特別推介我們試special menu 新西蘭頂級牛扒，side dis 揀了牛骨髓，因為不是經常在menu 內，是期間限定，我地當然要一試先來頭盤: 蟹餅蟹肉鮮甜，確實不錯黑松露薯條， 熱辣香口，但黑松露比較少, 份量有點多主菜： 新西蘭牛扒 配 牛骨髓5成熟剛剛好，重牛肉味，沒有太多筋，肉汁夠濃, 牛骨髓亦很濃味，香口，不覺膩，不錯不錯食物不錯，環境差一點點，可能裝修比較陳舊，但服務態度一流，經理和侍應輪流問我地食物質數，又主動推介特別菜式，笑容滿面，對餐廳加了不少印象分
