To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

所謂大集團但藍田依間質素其差！！已經小樓面侍應，但D侍應只會熱誠服務熟客………………入座後坐底5分鐘枱面都冇人放枱布，餐具……舉高手又冇人望…………D侍應雙眼只望住熟客…………之前劃了點心又舉高手冇人理…………咁咪自己行去櫃位比佢地入機……個職員又唔收，話要比侍應簽咗名先收…………我話冇侍應，佢態度勁差手指一個方向及話:個度咪有個侍應！………………當時個侍應係同熟客傾計中…………好咁我自己行去比佢！！依間咁大間酒樓但質素其差！！
