To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 服務態度勁差啊…其實晏啲冇得堂食早收工都可以理解,間鋪都冇人可以理解,但係啲staff講野好快,聽唔清係到講乜嘢…好似我要食霸王餐唔卑錢一樣。其實仲有好多時間可以食但係就催人買單。仲有,隔離抬都有人幫手倒啲湯,我哋都諗住叫個staff倒啲,哇,佢直接目中無人擦身而過,最尾都係自己去服務抬摞水倒。仲有去到嘅時候坐低,張凳都仲有啲油漬….服務質素係影響食客的體驗的一個重大因素之一,其實都唔係第一次食,如果好忙咁嘅服務態度都可以稍微理解,但係間鋪先幾個人食…呢一次食嘅體驗真係好差…希望有待改善…
