To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 原本都唔想寫劣評,但員工老闆處理投訴完全唔可以接受。😡今日跟家人食晚飯,其中叫了北京填鴨2食,一直都無黎第2食,到最後一碟都未到就問其中一位女職員,先知道原來漏咗單。都知道今晚多人少少失誤都無怪責佢地,就咁叫佢哋取消咗。之後我地叫左兩個甜品,一個豆沙窩餅,一個拔絲士多啤梨。過左一陣,豆沙窩餅黎到,但見到個拔絲士多啤梨送左去後邊張枱,但人地明明就仲食緊熱食,以為人地專登叫定。但過左20分鐘,我地嘅拔絲士多啤梨一直都冇送黎,我就開始覺得後邊張枱嘅士多啤梨應該係我哋嘅,就問個職員但都無再話我地聽點。之後過左10分鐘我地再追,就見到其中一位職員行去後面張枱,問佢地有冇叫,隨手就收起咗個士多啤梨(即係一直送錯咗去人哋度🤨),之後再有同事行過嚟問我地仲要唔要! 我地當然唔要喇!叫左另一個拔絲蘋果,唔駛10分鐘,即刻送到枱上。但等待期間最奇怪係嗰位男同事行過去後面張枱話「送」左個拔絲士多啤梨俾佢地食。而我地嘅拔絲就要照收錢? What ? 🤨但重點係呢位同事一直諸多解釋都無道歉!!!這一點真係不能接受!
