Restaurant: Chill Out Chaozhou Cuisine (The Grid)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 服務態度有待改善

於10月16日前往晚膳，由於之前曾經食過，潮州食品不是太正宗，但仍可接受，所以便再次幫襯。由於上一次去時，曾經有位經理表示幫襯兩支啤酒可以免開瓶費。所以今次去時，朋友帶了兩支紅酒諗住叫兩支啤酒後可免開瓶費！於是便問其中一位著西裝經理，點知他的態度甚為囂張，叫我哋搵番上次邊位經理有咁講，叫我哋問返佢，最後我哋當然不會糾纏，我哋來食飯只係想開心，所以最後都係叫了幾支啤酒算了！今次寫我哋只是想反映一下．就算唔得，態度都可以客氣一些向顧客解釋的！另外，他們亦都冇主動提及客人用匯豐信用卡有八五折優惠，當我主動問他要時只是話係，所以我都覺得佢哋公司不夠主動向顧客提供任何優惠建議，這一點亦都可以改善一下！
