To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平日早上同媽媽飲茶，枱唔滿，好零星，酒樓有幾個樓面及知客在場。一入去坐低，舉手好耐都冇人招呼及問飲咩茶。樓面知客見到扮睇唔到，搭晒膊頭只顧傾計，到底返工定傾計？😂終於肯黎落茶，但行都懶得行近枱，離十尺遠問飲咩茶，語氣仲好不滿好似阻住佢咁。😡到攞到茶水過黎，我講左句「咁耐都冇茶」，個樓面勁大聲同惡咁話「而家冇攞到茶俾你咩？！講講講」連隔離枱茶客都聽到。😡😡係，你係有攞到茶，但前前後後等足好耐，你又唔係忙，只掛住傾計。飲茶都要受氣，一嬲之下把鬼火，過對面翠園飲。呢間酒樓的服務態度真係少見的極品！一定冇下次！😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
