To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 雖然明白餐廳星期六日一定好忙,但已經6點30入座,40分左右落單。明白店員都會唔記得俾水,但已經問咗3次都冇俾到我哋,第四次先有水。等咗半個鐘一樣野食都未到,我哋都想問一問店員想追一追單,因為左右兩張枱遲過我哋入,都已經食緊,點知店員態度惡劣,只係以Sorry Sorry咁打斷我哋講嘢,亦冇打算去幫我哋跟一跟Order,只係話”其他餐廳都係咁”就走咗。第二次再問另一位較年輕嘅店員,亦都同樣hea我哋其實,等都唔係問題,而係惡劣嘅態度令到成個用餐體驗好差,再加上亦都要俾加一,食完真係成肚氣
