To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間自從搬咗嚟石硤尾之後服務態度超級差囉，樓面咨客好似唔想做你生意咁，樓面問吓野，就好似你搵佢鬧交咁（咁都有啲係好好嘅）到咨客，叫飛機無聲，一唔流神就會過咗號數，就算見到都行唔切過去，已經叫咗下一個人，咁多老人家飲茶，有啲行得慢，見到自己個號碼過咗，佢一急既話仆親點算呀，其實係咪可以等一陣先再轉下一個號碼呢，入到去見到有卡位，問下個咨客，佢就話俾四人坐（我係3個人，見唔多人係門口等位）舊鋪既時候d人有人情味啲，雖然我係間唔中先飲一次，但d人都會同你有講有笑，依家新鋪無囉，搬咗都番嚟飲下茶，都只係想飲下人親味，啲嘢食舊鋪出都慢，但新鋪出聲重慢，幾個字先出到一樣野食，食完第一樣，等唔知幾耐先有第二樣嘢食，冷氣勁凍，有野食既時候還好，不過要食完一樣要等下一樣野食，冷到變雪條，後生都覺得凍更何況d老人家都要著住衫嚟食，
