To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食物質素尚可,但價錢偏貴,性價比十分低當日walk in 等位,但員工Yvoone 安排不妥當,不斷安排聲稱已book 枱嘅客入座,等30分鐘都冇入一張walk in , 其他等候客人亦發現如此狀況,前往了解時,員工Yvoone 態度十分惡劣,要求經理直接對話以了解實況,竟叫客人自己搵經理,之後更大聲鬧客人,如潑婦一般,如此態度,十分不配合做接待客人嘅工作,唔會再光顧,簡直係貼錢買難受,第一次光顧竟得到如此惡劣嘅體驗相比起逸瓏灣逸翠軒,員工態度好,上菜姐姐唔該前又多謝後,最重要安排入座處理恰當一間食店,就算有提供訂位服務,都應該平衡返walk in 客人嘅要求,食店管理人員相信根本沒有處理當日處理入座員工安排不當嘅問題,所謂經理更只幾句草草了事
