To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

提早半個月預訂，訂位及訂12人套餐。到左食個日酒樓可以話你知之前套餐已取消，改用新套餐，價錢比之前加價400元。冇計改餐單照食。上菜可以同餐單唔同，搵左部長來講，部長競然話餐單上面的海鮮唔靚，幫你改左其它代替品。之後又話該產品冇貨，跟住又話免費送紅枣榚，服務態度十分惡劣。食完一餐絕對不開心的晚飯。食完呢餐以後絕對不去呢間酒樓。勸告想去呢間酒樓食，要三思。冇樣得。用同樣價錢有大把其它酒樓可食。
