和男友到這餐廳慶祝生日,因工作關係,我們比原定Booking嘅6:45遲了30分鐘才到。去到嘅時候餐廳仲有大約30%嘅空位,和職員溝通後,她在電腦check到我們遲到,她便怪責我們遲到,沒有即時安排座位,還黑面地望着我們沒有出聲,我便問他現在可以怎樣?她説你們還有1小時15分鐘用膳,你們OK嗎?我們說可以,然後便安排入座。入座後點了白酒、田螺、鵝肝多士、海鮮濃湯和燉牛肩肉。食物方面質素不錯,但是當我們剛吃主菜時,那位外籍女經理走過來叫我們點甜品吃,我回應她說我們正在吃主菜,請你一會兒再把甜品Menu拿給我們看。她再次怪責我們說,因為你們book了6:45你們應該在8:15交枱,如果你們現在(8:00)不叫甜品,你們往後也不能叫甜品吃。5分鐘後,她便把賬單放在枱上,當時餐廳還有40%空位,男友感到不滿,便以英語反問他,隔離的幾張枱,他們比我們更早來,難道他們book了兩節時間用膳?還是walk in 的客人可以比我們有更長的用膳時間嗎?她回應說,我現在也給他們賬單了。整體用餐感覺像吃快餐廳,從來未見過西式餐廳這樣追趕客人吃飯,還會怪責客人遲到,服務像茶餐廳。感覺上那位外籍女經理對華人嘅服

整體用餐感覺像吃快餐廳,從來未見過西式餐廳這樣追趕客人吃飯,還會怪責客人遲到,服務像茶餐廳。感覺上那位外籍女經理對華人嘅服務態度較差。從頭到尾一直被不斷怪責遲到,嚴重影響當晚的心情。埋單$1500的餐廳給你這種服務,你還會去嗎?

I came here with my boyfriend for celebration of birthday. Due to some issue for work, we arrived here 30 minutes after the original booking at 6:45. The female manager blamed us for being late and she was reluctant to give us seats where the restaurant was 30% vacant. Finally, she said we could only dine until 8:15. We sat down and ordered snails, foie gras toast, seafood stew, braised beef shoulder and a bottle of wine. The food was fine in general.

At 8:00, while we were having the main course, the manager approached us and asked us to order desserts. I said as we are having the main dishes, can you come back after? She again blamed us for being late and said, “if you don’t order the the dessert right now, we won’t serve you dessert as you have to return the table at 8.15.” 5 minutes later, she placed the bill on our table.

While the restaurant was 40% vacant, my boyfriend was unhappy with the rude service. He countered the manager “The customers of those tables arrived much earlier then I did, did they reserve for 2 dining sessions? Or whether walk-in guests can enjoy extra time for dining? She replied that she was going to give them bills too.

Paying $1,500 for dinner, I did not expect the service like this. I wondered whether I came to a fast food shop. Although we came here late, the restaurant should treat customers with courtesy!
