今日拍檔多年嘅同事最後一日,老闆請食飯为佢饯行,就近公司拣咗新裝修既上海菜雪園一号,餐廳虽然易名,依旧保持到老雪園浓油赤醬的特点,係年糕酱炒大肉蟹最为特出.烟熏河鰻好食,魚肉入口即溶,拌隨些許烟熏味,这又是一味老上海菜的獨特口味.黑松露炒鮮帶子炒得好香,搭配芦筍,三色椒好睇又好食,值得推薦.本幫酥炸紅燒肉亦都值得推薦.厅面部同事招呼好热情,一餐落黎換三次骨碟,每道菜上枱前都有做介紹.这點係好多店舖沒有做到的.
