To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

口痕怕辣又想食酸辣粉，又唔夠時間過海，睇到有間新野，試下先~有人唔食得辣叫左個SET:1. 滷水雞翼- 無味，凍冰冰...2. 雞絲奶湯麵- 個湯好清，青瓜絲又爽，雞肉好嫩，但係好少肉...3. 熱奶茶- 個杯熱，但係個茶係暖...仲要酸酸地...我就叫左個大SET:1. 涼拌青瓜- 辣既，不過青瓜好甜~2. 夫妻肺片- 好夠花椒味!!!3. 涼拌木耳- 好爽，麻油香味~4. 口水雞- 雞肉嫩滑，不過無咩肉味同唔夠香... ..5. 酸辣粉- 粉煮得岩岩好，彈牙! 夠麻不過唔夠花椒香味~6. 豆漿- 幾甜，豆味OK7. 凍粉- 有少少酸味，不過桂花香，消辣岩岩好!一路食一路辣，要叫多杯豆漿先得，鼻塞即時通曬，鼻水仲一湧而下，好在姐姐好人，見到我咁拎幾張紙巾比我。佢地好好服務，會推薦你食咩，話你知有幾辣，見你兩個人拎定碗仔比你SHARE食~仲要無加一都咁既服務，食咁既份量同質素咁既價錢，OK呀!下次口痕再去~
