To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

首先我要讚揚這間餐廳的服務非常之好！因為員工會非常之殷勤的為您服務，不厭其煩的為你斟茶遞水，而且很客氣，自己亦有點受寵若驚，各方面很有禮貌。斟茶方面這樣非常勤力，完全不像在香港其他餐廳般要受氣。雖然餐廳職員有漏單、落錯單情況，但基於服務態度非常之好，所以客人真的不太介意了。真的非常喜歡！這間新開的餐廳點心非常之好味，小菜亦不錯，但飯每位計偏貴而且味道份量偏少。又例如：韮菜鮮蝦腸味道還不錯，皮比較薄蝦亦比較新鮮，但韮菜份量不足。小籠包雖然沒有什麼特色，但基本功非常之好，湯包味道香濃。
